Japanese summers are bad. Air sticks to you and humdity is off the charts. Disliked them since I was 5 which was the first i time I went to Japan to visit family. August and Spring is actually the best season and time to go imo. It's like Los Angeles during winter. Nice and warm, but cool and snowy. Just be warned to get vaccinated while going their in any season except summer. Influenza easily spreads because of the small housing plots.

Junko Ohashi was my musical juggernaut, when I was 13 I use to put on this very song everyday because I couldn’t get enough of it, I vividly remember rewinding this song numerous times to the point where I would never get to the ending because every point of this song was beautiful to me. Her music would always get me through different points of my life even if I was mad at the world and not happy with my current state of life, I’m now a sophomore in high school and seeing her death also pulled the plug on the music side of my life. I hope you are resting in peace knowing you made people smile with your music. Even through death your essential soul will live on and your essential music. Whoever is behind this account, thank you for helping making this women known, you are deeply in my gratitude

I got into it because of sampling music. I listen to the tracks normally before thinking abt samples, and Japanese city pop is a genre that stuck with me after this song specifically. This song is definitely one i think abt alot lmao

I think this song was inspired by Chaka Khan’s “What You Gonna Do For Me”. They sound very similar. Both bops nonetheless
@guywithglasses31143 жыл бұрын
It was inspired by chaka khan 100%. actually the entire city pop genre is inspired from RnB, soul, funk, jazz fusion and disco as well as some other genres. Its really cool to me how even when im not listening to music from black people, Im listening to music inspired by black people. Its funny how black people had a inspiration for Japanese people and later on the reverse happened.
