Honestly, I don't wanna see any junkyu's mixnine videos cause it hurts to see him hurt like that. Sometimes I miss the old of him. But the fact that he finally debuted with treasure makes me so happy and proud of him more. Please always be happy junkyu-yah. We love you so much 💙

Out of everyone in Treasure Junkyu is definitely someone who has had the toughest journey. His confidence was so low in Mixnine and that whole experience traveled with him after the fact. I’m glad that he was able to debut in Treasure like he should.

YHS is the harshest critic you're ever gonna face but that man does not give up even when nobody else sees the potential. He pushed his trainees to be the best of the best version of themselves. Half of the YG trainees have a completely different position than what they auditioned with aka all are all-rounders. Love him or hate him, you have to admit he the keenest eagle eye for talent.

honest confession. I'm one of the earliest fans of yg trainees. Back then I didn't appreciate junkyu that much. I was shocked in ygtb how different he is than mixnine. Physically, the hair, the face, and vocals improved A LOT. He is my bias now. I feel bad I didn't focus on him before ygtb. If there's one thing I could say to junkyu, it's that HE DID SO WELL AND WILL BE DOING SO WELL IN THE FUTURE. I've seen his growth. He is my ultimate bias now and I'm so proud of him. I'm crying

I was like "I've already watched this it won't hurt me anymore" but then hug ranking part came and honestly I was also thinking that way when I was watching the show I was like "why does no one looked at junkyu after the ranking showed up or even cheered for him" I was also thinking that way and now I remember it, I can't even breathe properly 'cause of my clogged nose from crying, I just feel sorry for my kyutie. This is also why I have a soft spot for changhyun bec. in hug team he was the only who was looking after junkyu he was always with junkyu and they were obviously close he was like an hyung figure towards junkyu and the only one who approach him after ranking last.

Looking back, I'm really glad YHS didnt give up on junkyu. He always trusts his talents. I dont think he was disappointed in Junkyu bc he had high hopes for JK, he knew JK has it in him but JK cant show it (yet). That's why he used "frustrated" to express his feeling. YHS really has an eye for a talent, even most of the time we always questioned his decisions. He sees the big picture.

Hyunsuk is really a good leader ever since. Even if they don't debut yet. Hyunsuk guides Junkyu, compliments him, shouting his name while giving his support, cry with him, comfort him, hug him, pat his head, his shoulder, smile on him when Junkyu is feeling down, giving him an advice.

That part where nobody cheered him up always makes be sob so hard, Junkyu is an angel, I hope he gets everything he wishes for.

We only see the small part of Junkyu being a trainee through Mixnine and YGTB. We don't know aside from the YGe staff, his real capabilities. Considering that (1) YHS said himself that he considered Junkyu as "ace", (2) Junkyu was the longest Team A member aside from Yedam, and (3) he was given his own POV and special moments in YGTB, I believe he is very special. The fact that he is the 2nd among the members who has the most # of times to do the YG monthly evaluations. He suffered a lot, and did his best. I sometimes wonder if YHS had just keep Junkyu from the public like Noa, or if Junkyu made an appearance to the SKZ show, instead of Mix9. The concept of Mix9 was very exhausting for a person like Junkyu. That type of show was very exhausting physically (because less sleep and overwork) and mentally (new various people around you and criticisms you get). He is a team player, and not someone who craves to be on the center and not competitive. [That's one of the quality that I like about him aside from being simple and practical. He just do want he wants to do, to sing, perform and do his music] While Mix9 is a show that you need to do something because there are hundreds of idols/trainees out there. But I guess the show is a blessing of disguise to him. I think it made him became more humble, and made him see a bit of worst side of the industry he is aiming for to succeed. I am thankful that YHS and YG did not give up on him, and I am also thankful that Junkyu did not give up on himself. I just admire him so much and even though I have followed him since Mix9, he still surprises me. I also love his strange personality. He just wants to be happy. So I hope that he always choose happiness, and he could experience every happy stuff and experience that he deserves. Junkyu, fighting!

All i want to say is the stylish who do Junkyu hair at that time played a big part for his not popular voting during MIXNINE era imo... Till this moment i keep avoiding myself from watching any mixnine moment, i just cant bring myself to watch all those painful moment that Junkyu faced when he is on that show, i just want to remember junkyu as the kyoala we know, the vitamin for Treasure and teumes and of course! not to forget our president for Treasure hoodie:) That is the junkyu that i want to remember. Watching him lost his confident and his smiles are enough to make me not watching any mixnine moment again.
