If the drawer of your Jura won't go back in, try this!!! If you removed the drawer when the machine was in motion and you can't get the drawer back in, watch this and I'll show you how to correct it! This can happen if your machine is needing service as well, so I'll explain in this video how to tell.

Help. I turn power on but says switch open and it’s not open. So I open it and says system filling. Then goes back to switch open

The dreaded "open tap" message. Remove the filter if there's one in there. Open tap. If that doesn't do it, it confirm you've got a clog in the system and need service. Clogs are kind of the worst-they can take forever to find and are tricky to clear. Please fill out a form on our site and we'll provide an estimate for repair, based on your model and location.
