It's a nice plug-in. I accidentally left Flava Pro on the master bus and it gave Jura an incredible vintage lofi warmth. So Jura and Flava is a real good combi.

This synth sounds phenomenal and the UI is nostalgic and well thought out. I'm very inspired with it.

Love more about this synth is that it eats nothing up in memory unlike the fabric Collection and others afterwards, this takes it back to the Hype plugins and before where it takes maybe 3% compared to 30% of memory. Keep this going forward Akai for us 2GB users ❤

This is what the plugins should be based on going forward. The way it's setup fits the workflow and makes you feel comfortable with it. This is what all the plugins should follow on the standalone MPC's.

I had to buy Jura after watching this! ! The first few chords and I was hooked. I don't even care if it sounds like the original Juno, it just feels right for playing chords. I already have a few of the “better”Juno emulations, but I don’t enjoy playing chordal stuff as mach as on the Jura.

Got the Jura on the key61 ,I'm so glad to have it on stand alone, with time my mpc is becoming more like a synth rather than a drum box. This plug est indispensable.

I have the full mpc software and the mpk mini 3 controller. It’s like a mpc to me , someone kicked in my door and robbed my house while I was at work . They took my mpc x 😢by the time the insurance money came I was use to the software .

Best plug-in so far for Mpc. Does sound like a Juno have had 60 106 and Alpha Juno. Hope they do some other classics! Got to be cheaper though

its exactly what was needed... a no nonsense straightforward synth. The Mini D is a little under specced. I will likely buy Jura when they fix the filter drive bit.

The Mini D sounds pretty good. It’s not as thick in the dynamic department like the Jura plugin but it can carry your production. Coming from a guy who uses the Model D…….. From Behringer😩

The filter drive works fine for me I guess it's noticeable when I crank up the filter resonance so it limits the signal

I’m very happy with it. MPC is on its way to being a bona fide synth workstation. No it’s not as good as Softube Model 84, but so what. Still wish I had an easier way to search presets with so many good choices available.

Hi Ave. Great vids! I also have a MPC One. Can I ask if you have ever had a problem that I'm having where my Q-Links stay on the screen and don't slide off after a few seconds the way they are supposed to? I had to remove the functionality to pop over on to the screen (in the preferences) because they won't go away on their own.

Yo Ave, I've got something for you. 1. Can you hook up the smpltrek to the mpc one and use the smpltrek as a linear sequencer and the mpc one as a sound module. 2. I don't know if this is possible. Can you find out if you can do vocal tracks on the smpltrek by sending the sound of the mpc (that is sequenced by the smpltrek) back into the smpltrek straight to one of the three global vocal tracks. Or maybe you can do vocals on the mpc. Interesting project. Looking forward to it if you can do this. Peace

Just got the mpc one plus today and choose this. I’m baffled on how to use this without being connected to pc as it only works that way for me. Should I install it on a external ssd I have here or usb/ sd card? Any help would be appreciated as can’t find a tutorial on it. Cheers great channel too

I had no before now where the arpeggiator was before now. At the same time I haven't been producing full songs in the MPC software for 5 years. I'm just surprised that I either never saw that or forgot

Picked this up,as well as the Mini D and the Flavor pro, and I cannot for the life off me get this one installed on my MPC ONE for standalone, everything else showed up in my Mac synth content manager except jura.. Wondering if you had any tips! Thanks!

I bought the mpc1+ but I notice that the screen and the area where the power supply is connected heats up a little after 1 hour of use. Has this happened to anyone else? Is that normal? I would like to know if the same thing happens to the MPC Live 2 or is it different because it does not have the same position and the battery does not heat the machine.

I know this is random but can a pad of layered samples such as claps have a delayed start time for each layer? I know the workaround would be to put the samples on different pads then sequence and nudge.

The reason why NI does that is profit margin. It cost way more to make hardware. Not to mention companies lose money doing so. Btw, NI started off as a software company.

Ain’t nothing special about this at all. Presets sound the same and dripped in reverb… I really don’t see what this adds if you already have most of akai’s instruments.
