Just a drop of water! The rich man found himself in hell, begging Father Abraham to send Lazarus, a begger who stayed outside of his estate, to bring him just a drop of water to relieve the fire in hades. Of course he was denied! For the way to CROSS over is closed. He begs for Abraham to send Lazarus to warn his five brothers so they won't end up in hell. Again, denied. Abraham tells him they have Moses and the Prophets they can listen to. Again, the rich man begs. Abraham tells him if they won't listen to Moses and the Prophets, then they won't listen to a man raised from the dead. It's eternity, my friends! How do you want to spend eternity? NOW if the time to seek God's love and all the blessings He has for His children! Be a part of something much bigger and mightier than anything on earth, whether it is monetary or not! Seek Your Blessings and Thank God for Them! May God bless you all!
Today's hosts are butterfly bushes, a few butterflies, yellow cone flower, early sunflower, blue vervain and maybe a few others. Today's chores are limited due to time, but I did manage to deadhead one butterfly bush. Maybe tomorrow will be more productive!
If there is one sermon everyone should listen to, it is this one, • Pastor Loran Livingsto... ~ by Pastor Loran Livingston, from Central Church of God, in Charlotte, NC. He has recently gone viral with a short clip of a sermon, but this one, with the theme, "How far behind are you following," is a perfect message for each person to hear, especially a Christian! I encourage you to listen and, perhaps listen again. I am keeping this one on speed-dial!
Would you like to share His Gospel with others? Then I will eagerly support and encourage you! Start by praying and see where you go! Revelations 3:7b, What God opens, no man can shut, and what God closes, no man can open! When we are standing before such a mighty God as this, and His Holy Spirit will be with us, guiding and directing us, we will not fail! Harvesting for God can simply be reading His Holy Word and/or offering personal experiences or wisdom you have learned and earned through your life. Or it could be as creative and imaginative as God sends you ~ maybe even a garage band creating "Garage Gospel"! Remember, benefits are out of this world, in paradise! God bless you, my friend!
If I could ask you a favor, if you liked this video, please subscribe to my channel and hit the like button. Thank you so much! It gives me great joy to share God's Good News. I pray to share in God's Word with others and that we will be strengthened to do His will, as He leads. Approved Workmen are Not Ashamed! Amen!

I don't know how people ended up on the wrong side of the Gulf, like the rich man, my understanding is some of the saints, that are in heaven, we're in a place of waiting, until Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead, don't hold me to this, God bless your sister, thank you for the message

Brother, there are a number of things that we just don't know or can explain. The whole Good News in the Garden probably got started when I told God I wanted to know more about the Bible. I have read it through three times, written notes in journals for every bit of the New Testament each of those three times, typed up six journals' worth, which came to about 900 pages or so, and I still don't even feel like I know the Bible that well, not like what I was looking for. So .... not long after I had that convo with God, it felt like He was instructing me to use the garden as a place to contemplate Scripture. I never hesitated! I felt like that was surely something I could do. I had no idea what it exactly meant, but one thing quickly led to another, and I am still evolving, and seeking God's guidance. But as far as knowing all the ins and outs of the Bible, it is a lifelong learning thing, with constant questions to God and asking for His guidance. My husband has read the Bible through every year of our marriage (36.5 years!), except for the last couple, where he is using the Bible app to study through it. He is a great one to talk to about events and things in the Bible, but we generally conclude we can be on opposite sides of opinions about events, and meanings, but still be in line with what God means. He is a merciful God, after all! I love for every single person to find how God lays it on their heart. It is certainly His Spirit among us! How we grow in Him throughout our lives, no matter the stage we are in, or when we turn to God and find His Grace, we are all His children, and He sees us differently than we see each other. Praise God for that! We should seek to have His eyes, be nonjudgemental, and love each other as ourselves, loving God above all!

I don't know about people in the Old testament either, some say some of them ended up on the wrong side of the Gulf, until Jesus died, and he went there and set them free, I don't think that gulf, exist anymore since Jesus died and was raised from the dead, that's a great message sister, God bless you and thank you for the message

We can learn all kinds of things, depending on how our heart is at the time! Sometimes we are reaching for reassurance and peace, sometimes, we are seeking words of wisdom, and sometimes, we are looking for historical facts, that can be different, depending on how it settles with us! God is Good, all the time, no matter! if we are studying His Word, we are going to understand different things at different times. It may come to you in the middle of something years later! Or He may lay it on your heart in such a way it's like a Light came on ~ it probably did, of course, His Light! These are just my opinions and thoughts! Love you, Brother! God bless you!

@@ATouchOfTheSun I fall short, and I become full of guilt, I seek mercy and forgiveness often, I've got some saying I have not confessed to my public friends, and I may not, but God knows, I have spoke to him about it, I had a 13-day project going, and I failed, God forgive me, God help, full of guilt and shame, I will be starting over on that project today, ♥️🙏 for you Beverly

I love the visualization of this parable. I see this vast dark expanse of darkness. In the far distance there is light and where Jesus and Abraham are. Then there is chasm. You cannot get to the good side. I have this visual for many people who reject Christ. Hell is hell. Not just rich people. But people feel that being a Christian is going to church for an hour a week and the rest of the week you act like you never knew Jesus. What do they think when they go to church. If you do not love God with all your heart, why go to church. It's like a man who goes to church and then to the bar. Everything he confessed? in church he is repeating. Is that repentance? NO! They complain about churches asking members to support them. But they don't think a second about laying out hundreds on a meal with bar bill exceeding $100! We give to our church and to the missions. We support an orphanage in Kenya. We donate to our church's food bank, and clothing. The girls go thru the things we donate first. Nothing is given that is too worn to wear. Homeless and naked doesn't care whether the t shirt is a little big. It keeps him warm at night. They love what we donate. We have food that has almost reached it use by date. When that happens we donate it. The food bank gives food to anyone who comes in. And clothing to those who need it. We do bring in take out and we go to restaurants but we never stiff a server on a tip. We did that job once and it is not an easy job. Waiting cooking, serving. All with a smile. Even now after all that has happened. We help those of our family who are not blood but are part of it by marriage (or something like it). That is what Christians should do. I PRAY that if someone who is not a Christian sees what good Christians do, they may change their heart. God bless you Bev. You and I think alike. I think we are soul sisters. Love and blessings. JJ

Beverly I have not listened to your message yet, I have a question, I recently transplanted a gladiolus, from a field nearby to my home, it bloomed, it was pretty, now it appears that it's going to bloom again, where are the old flowers were, it started swell up, I think it's going to bloom again, do you know what this is possible? God bless you sister

It sounds like you may just have a rebloomer! I don't know much about glad's, except this year, mine that I just planted a few years ago were spectacular. I did absolutely nothing for them. If you have the signs of new blooms coming along, then it may just be getting ready to rebloom! With this crazy weather, I would say anything is possible! I certainly hope you get to enjoy another bloom or two! God bless you, brother!
