Thank you very much, thats one reason i bought it. The interior condition is very good considering it allready has 307k kilometers on the clock. And that condition im trying to keep that way.

Love the sound and scenery! I have a w211 E55 AMG and I want one of these so bad right now! I have found a few E430 in the states for very reasonable prices but trying to stick to cars in warmer climates to avoid rust buckets. I would do an engine build and add an E50/55 crank and rods to stroke the 4.3 to close to 5.0 and do cams and fuel system upgrades as well as long tube headers and full exhaust. There is a valve body available from RaceIQ that makes the 722.6 shift quicker and a TCU tune will get the most out of the bulletproof transmission. I would love to do a 4matic but not sure how the early gen system would do at higher power levels and am sticking to RWD so I can do a Quafe and a little more spirited ring and pinion to get things moving a little quicker. Parts for these cars are surprisingly cheap and plentiful and I have even considered doing an OM605/606 Superturbo but the 300td models are getting more expensive and harder to find as their popularity grows.

В России таких автомобилей много,но их состояние оставляет желать лучшего.Плохое обслуживание,грязь,холодный климат,всё это плохо влияет особенно на кузов.Разве что на Юге они в более достойном состоянии. Очень хочу приобрести себе данную модель авто. Моё вам уважение,за такое видео и машину в прекрасном состоянии.

Well I didn't actually had the right gear and so I just pinched my phone between the seat and the headrest and adjusted the position with the elektric seat control. Worked pretty good actually 😉

Ja sam ga dosta dugo tražio i sa malo sreće sam ga našao ovde u Austrii, ali dosta sam morao uložiti da bi sve radilo kako treba...

How does the 4matic system functioning on these vehicles? Is it reliable? How effective is it in terms of handling? Nice car btw, hope you wont sell it:D

Let me tell you this... It feels pretty stable on wet roads but I wouldn't say that it improves handling, the 4 matic version of the w210 is also higher than the normal version. Until now I didn't have the ability to try this car in snow because we didn't had any last year but I'm hyped for this winter (fingers crossed) and I will definitely make a video on that But the 4matic definitely does its job i had some opportunities to try it on a muddy, kinda steep driveway and well it made it (sorry for the long text) :P

@@slevente00 if you take away the somehow high maintenance costs (especially here in Austria) and the bad fuel economy (I'm also paying a lot of tax for this car) it would be the perfect daily but yea im driving it because of the feeling i get whilst driving it. I don't know how much money I would need to spend to get a similar new car (not sure if there is any naturally aspirated v8 out there you can by new, talking about Europe though) :)

@@epho30 high maintenance? I thought these engines are bulletproof. But in Austria this car is not the best one, especially because of the rust. Hello from Hungary btw. Maybe you can buy na v8 from Lexus, but thats all. Its crazy how expensive the new cars are, and how cheap these old v8-s can be. For the same money, maybe you can buy a Vitara or sg, so its an easy choice:D

@@slevente00 the engine is bulletproof no doubt runs like a dream but after 300.000 km things will go that is normal... So I've had things like fuel pump, drives haft, some small mechanical parts for the gearbox lever, springs at the front (one broke and I changed both with orig. Merc springs for 4matic... 250 each only material) Rust is absolutely OK for that age... Amg and 4matic models have been produced in Austria and don't have rust problems like the w210s build in germany... Trust me I had both and the difference was unbelievable

About 10 to 12l /100km on highway (130 to 140kmh) and somthing arround 14 to 17 in city at normal driving, but i have managed a sub 10, but i was driving like a granny ;) (there was a lot of police that day :)))

Stock exhaust but slightly modified... The middle resonator is deleted, bought that way but I never changed it because it's actually pretty good that way, silent with light rumble at low rpm and original v8 sound at high rpm
