Yo sustituyo la harina por avena y amaranto molidos. Agrego nuez picada y ajonjolí o almendra laminada y pimientos.

Une fois râpé comme ça, je l’aient cuits à la plancha avec un filet d’huile d’olive, de l’ail et une pointe de couteau de piment, un p’tit peut de crème et avec un petit filet de jus de citron. C’est très bon !:)

Oh, this looks fantastic! I like courgettes and have never made them this way. Thus I must try it quite soon. I cannot digest normal flour, not even gluten-free, so I should perhaps try either almond flour (is it too sweet?) or buckwheat or mashed potatoes instead of it. Thank you, merci.

Можно фарш куриный в один слой,ну или ветчину тоненько. Я такое блюдо уже готовила. Обалденно получается. Сухари похрустывают,спасибо вам за рецепт. Новосибирск. Россия.

Bonjour , vous pouvez congeler une fois cuit , mais refroidi. Et le jour où vous voulez utiliser les portions , vous les laissez décongeler à température ambiante , où la veille dans le réfrigérateur. Puis vous réchauffez au micro-ondes. Bon appétit 😊🌈🦋🌹🙋

Will you please list ingredients by weight, like grams? 4 zucchini doesn't say much since they're all many different sizes.
