Paul Pogba is not overrated as far his attacking prowess is concerned, he can score a belter from a distance and always dangerous if he has the ball. As a midfielder its his defense work thats lacking doesnt fall back quickly enough, doesn't mark his man and also has a tendency to lose concentration, there are some moments where it seems he doesn't know what he is supposed to do on the pitch. He needs the right coach and manager, like how Conte transformed Lukaku

Pogba is a victim of wrong club choice in the wrong time, I mean he had no business going to Man U at the point they were in at that time. He should have stayed at Juve or went to a team like Bayern. As a united fan for 20 years. I dont blame the player for mismanagement by 5he club. Pogba has always felt like a madrid player. He is clearly class to me. As are the rest of the french 4. I’m a Juventus fan and my dad is a Manchester United fan and when Pogba was at Juventus he was great and when he went back to Manchester United my dad was taking the piss saying thing like “Pogba decided he wanted to play for a good/decent/real/big club (he would say different words at different time that’s why I put good/real/big etc) and he was excited that he came back to Manchester United as he would see him play for Juventus when I would be watching a match at my house and for France on tv. When Juventus played Manchester City in the Champions League a few years back as they were in the same group I got tickets for my dad, brother & I to watch them play in Manchester (I live in Cornwall) and Pogba scored the first goal (I think it was 2 nil I can’t remember it might have been 1 nil but sure it was 2) which was a powerful shot from outside the 18yrd box (about 25 or more yards). An absolutely great goal (might have been Pogba’s last or 2nd to last year at Juventus) and Pogba played really well and impressed my dad so when he went back to Manchester United my dad expected bigs things to happen but it pisses him off that he’s not lived up to the expectations he and other fans had. My dad says he was amazing for Juventus and plays well for France but it seems he’s not bothered when playing for Manchester United. When Pogba scored against Switzerland in Euro 2020 last week he said “he doesn’t play for United like that”. Pogba is a good player but he lacks the consistency of Ronaldo, Messi or Bruno Fanandes. And like my dad said at Manchester United it seems like he can’t be bothered at times, but when he does decide to turn up (mentally) he can make a real difference to the game he playing
