One of my coolest times in my first year: I was only 8 months old, mom left my baby gate open and my dad was playing on his Xbox. I tried to follow mom downstairs (This next part was incredibly lucky) I failed to and fell down the stairs (I could of died or unable to move at all) dad jumped halfway down and again to the bottom. This was the luckiest moment in my life!

When I was 3 months old, I went to the doctor's office and said hi and waved when the doctor came in. The doctor was shocked, dazed he stood there awestruck staring at me. Until he said she can say hi and she knows what it means!!! My mom told me this story, I thought it was so funny.

Maybe there wouldn't be such difference between the races? Big boats wouldn't have been around for a long time, and I guess we could have less than 15 countries or kingdoms, idk. Not a bad question. How would our cultures evolve in this situation? Related: If universal expansion continues as it appears to be now, there will come a distant time where a newly evolved civilisation will not be able to see any stars or galaxies beyond the gravity-locked local cluster (as opposed to the billions and billions we can see today before we hit the limit of the galactic horizon).

Though at the later end of it, that isn't outside what is considered the 'normal' range. And doesn't have much (if any) baring on later language performance (IIRC - child developmental psych 101 was quite a while ago in a previous career for me!). But parents do tend to get worried by that stage (and it doesn't hurt to get some professional advice in case there is an issue, though generally it doesn't mean anything except humans vary a lot).
