@@PermanentRecordsLA I haven't seen new artists at the records stores in my area. I was asking for a record from a band called the Warning and nobody had any. Some didn't even know about them.

@@SDsailor7 In the early years of our shop (2006-2011) we focused heavily on new records by contemporary artists, especially underground acts. We had our finger on the pulse of the new new and it was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, as time went on the competition for selling new records got so intense that we were forced to pivot. We still love new music, but the new vinyl record game is a very difficult and risky one to play. These days, we suggest ordering new records directly from the labels and the artists, but be as supportive as possible. Buying records at shows from the merch table is the BEST!

I'm stoked for the Band X reissue (but I believe it's listed as an 'RSD first' not 'exclusive'). Also there are currently very limited test pressings available if one just can't wait. 😉
