Most banks in the United States have clients money insured up to $250,000 by FDIC, and it's clear to every client.

Regulator does not mean they insure your money. What you need to do is request for a freedom of information from MTN and Bank of Ghana..Best of option is save you money at the bank and leave What you can afford to lose in your momo account
