This message is so helpful in my now situation.. divorce on the table , kids are bring pulled by society, wife no longer happy with anything I do.. its so easy to pull out the excuse list. And to ring the bell. Or worse.. God give us all strength is my prayer for all

Bro, I needed to hear those encouraging words, because I do get discouraged rather often now since becoming 68 years old. I try to encourage myself but things sre so different now, it's super difficult my friend. I'm battling loneliness, and many don't give a damn at all.😒

You’ll never see this sir but I’ve listened to you on Andy Stumpf’s podcast. I’ve listened to you talk about BUDs phases first through the third. I’ve listened to your Sea Daddy story. You are the most unlikely person I’d ever listen to. I’m like “ this guy was a Navy Seal? No way.” I’m in a really hard point in my life and your testimony hits me. I mean it. I don’t comment unless it’s warranted I understand everything you say brother. I can’t tell you what it means to me. Thank you for what you do and keep going. I wish i could meet you. You’re a great force on this earth and in our country.

My late friend William D. Sutherland who was in UDT-21 UDT-22 and ST-2. East Coast Training Class 13 1954. He once told me the way you pass BUD/S. Or in his case UDTR. Was to never give up. When your on a beach run and you fall down. Even if others pass you by. Get back up and jeep going. Don't quit. This advice helps in everyday life as well. Your doing a good thing by using your Navy experience to help people.

Hey brother going through those grey days and making it through them is God showing us that he hears our hearts cries and shows to us that when he was beaten, betrayed, suffered the brutal roman scourged and crucified just before he took his last breath he said “ It is finished “. Christ never gave up on us and he will never give up on you! “I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me “. God bless you brother.
