Just Milk and Fruit! Delicious and Healthy Dessert!!

▶Ingredient
300ml milk, 60g sugar, 6g agar powder, 3 mandarin oranges
300ml strawberry milk, 30g sugar, 6g agar powder, 3 strawberries
300ml banana milk, 30g sugar, 6g agar powder, 2 kiwis
▶Recipe
1. Cut the top and bottom of the mandarin orange evenly and stack them in the center of the cup.
2. Add 300ml of milk, 60g of sugar, and 6g of agar powder to the pot.
3. Boil over medium-low heat, stirring to prevent sticking.
4. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and boil while stirring for 1 minute.
5. Turn off the heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour milk into the cup containing the mandarin oranges and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
7. Remove the jelly from the cup with the tip of a knife and shake it left and right to pull it out.
8. Make strawberries and kiwi in the same way.

This! :) I remember when as a kid growing up, Strawberry Banana and Strawberry Kiwi were popular flavors. I loved strawberry kiwi so much ^_^ I was watching the pour in this video and was like "Oooooh Strawberry milk with the Kiwis would be *chef's kiss*" lol

I was thinking that you could prob do this with jello powder. A different taste than milk but would have a similar idea! Avoid that agar agar and still enjoy the jiggle

Yes.. the agar is kind of difficult to find here for me too. I ordered from amazon and tried the recipe with agar agar and also gelatin. They had no discernable taste... but the textures were slightly dofferent. Still enjoyable. I think the gelatin is an acceptable substitution.. hope it helped =0 you should still give it a try ^^

Because strawberries have a soft surface, we recommend eating them as soon as possible. Kiwi and mandarin oranges have the same shelf life as used milk.

With this amount sugar and sugared ingredients I doubt it's really healthy, yet it's undeniably a very good recipe. I'll be buying these ingredients as soon as I get to go shopping and try it out. Thanks for sharing! 👍
