Those frozen noodles are so good! I make chicken soup with those. Yum! Try them sometime you want a more substantial noodle. More like homemade.

If you brown the flour first it gives it a good nutty flavor. It the basis of a roux.

Who doesn't like a one pan / pot meal? I know I do! Nice job Catherine! A little sour cream in that dish is another option that would make it more like a stroganoff. That may be better suited for a fall or winter dish. Thank you for sharing!

You have probably already seen the hack about the broth box....but if you haven't, here it is: If you pour the opposite way, it pours easier and doesn't splash as much...

I love one skillet meals Catherine! 😍 I hate days in the kitchen when 4 burners aren't enough! 🤨 It's so much easier to have everything in 1 pan! 😘 This makes for easier clean up and is so convenient to have all the ingredients go into the same pan! 😋 I love raw spinach but don't care for it cooked. But I could add broccoli or other veggies! ☺️ Even on these hot days, one pan is fine.😊 Sometimes I even use my electric skillet and can walk away for awhile.😉 Thanks for sharing another great recipe! 🥰

Ok here’s the scoop, I made this tonight for dinner. I stopped at the grocery store to get fresh spinach I needed, wait a minute what’s that over there fresh mushrooms and broccoli. In the cart and back home with my stomach growling. Followed your recipe and added the mushrooms and broccoli too, with my fingers crossed and hoped this rookie doesn’t mess it up. I will be adding this meal to my “meals in bags” that I am making for when I have shoulder surgery in a couple of weeks. My son lives with me, and if I’m not able to cook left-handed, he will have most of the ingredients together and only have to add the ground beef and onions from the freezer.😊 Thanks for the recipe!

I love dishes that cook the pasta in the pan broth. It gives that pasta such a great taste! If you have leftovers from this dish, add some sour cream the 2nd day to make a stroganoff! Thanks for sharing.

Those frozen Homestyle noodles are some of my favorite noodles. I like to use them to make my chicken & noodles especially in the winter months. This looks absolutely delicious! My family loves recipes like this! Rarely are there any leftovers when we meke dishes lile this. Cant go wrong with a one skillet beefy noodle dish lile this that's so full of flavor!
