The fun fact of Regigigas's shirt is that it was available before the Gen 4 shirts drop. You'd have to click Relicanth, Wailord, & the 3 Regis in a row, and you would be able to purchase the shirt. Nice little reference to the Gen 3 games

I had a dream where I had like fake Nikes or Jordans but instead of the generic logo it was the Team Galactic logo and honestly I think Game Freak would be...amiss to let that opportunity pass. EDIT: Because this got a bunch of likes I'll describe my vision further. They were like a fine cosmic purple with little white embroidered stars. It was like the battle background for a Team Galactic Admin in BDSP but on the shoe. Currently checking if the name "The Cyrus Slides" is patented before pitching it to Game Freak

I feel like most of these designs would fit well on a note pad or something instead of shirts. Seems like it would be more fitting especiay since so many are more of an illustrated scene than a clothing design.

I'm SUPER PUMPED for the Litwick, Zoroark, Trubbish, and Gothitelle designs. And those are just a few of my favs from that gen! If any of the ghosts look bad, I'll be so sad :(

Honestly, I'd buy lots of these shirts if the designs were bigger, like I can't be the only one that thinks that all these shirts look too noisy, like you'd barely be able to see anything from a few feet away

Agreed, i mean a few of them work as collared shirts, but thats a handfull out of 400. For the most part i cant imagine a situation where id be wearing a buttoned up shirt, but also wearing such loud patterns.

4:05 - 4:47 I honestly love all three of these shirts, Shinx’s is cute and feels neat, Luxio’s gives off a nice retro vibe to anyone who wears it, and Luxray’s is definitely the coolest shirt I’ve ever seen. I’m so happy to see it, and I can’t wait to purchase it myself!

I really liked Cresselia and Togekiss' shirts. The colors on both were pretty and subtle. If they weren't so incredibly expensive, I would buy one of their shirts but that price tag is a big yikes for me. On the other hand, I really don't like Rotom's design. The colors are so off-putting to me. I wish they had picked a different color palette.

In terms of personal wearability, completely agree with you on Rotom's color palette, but in terms of plain old design, it's genuinely one of my favorites. Retro in all the right ways, gives nostalgia for the shows that were only on the air as reruns when I was a kid. I am absolutely turning it into a desktop wallpaper. Assuming I don't get worn out converting my other favs first.

Original Stitch makes these as bandanas, face masks, and aprons as well (they also do varying sleeve lengths). I have the Starly, Piplup, and Combee face masks from this set and like them, smaller patterns tend to work better for face masks. Also, it looks like they did a houndstooth pattern for another fire starter (Torchic had one in their Hoenn line). Can't wait to see how they manage to shove Finnekin's final evolution into a houndstooth pattern. I didn't realize that the middle stage of Turtwig had a nice pattern.

Maybe it's because of my bias to Lopunny, but I thought its shirt pattern was really neat. All the scarves, socks, hats, gloves, wool, give it a cozy vibe. Plus it's fitting for the Pokémon, as people tend to shed Lopunny's extra fluffy winter fur to make cozy winter clothes with.

I really like the Shellos design. It has a the look of a simple art piece that you'd see in a pastel colored beach house. I wish I could get the Gastrodon design as a blanket. A lot of these designs would be perfect on blankets. I love a lot of the designs, if only the shirts weren't so expensive.

I'm taking a guess here and saying he's not a big fan of white shirts. Haha. Everytime he mentioned the white background, I constantly found myself saying "That's one of my faves though!" Admittedly, white button up shirts are my favorite.

That Vespiquen pattern is one of my favorites, I love the sporadic nature of it. With you not liking it for that reason it is reinforcing the idea that there are fans of any pattern, even the Kricketune pattern

Sad to see we won't see anymore of these... Original Stitch is closing. The last day is June 11th, 2023. Really hoped for gen 5 prints, as I wanted to see Zorua, Zoroark, and Reshiram. Wonder even how Deerling and Sawsbuck would have been done.

A lot of these designs are more of the pocket kind of thing, they’re like little motifs rather than proper consistent designs, the ones that are like cute little illustrations especially so

21:33 I think that they went for a Maurits Cornelis Escher style here (for Glyscor), something in the line of Escher's "Angels and Demons" but with "Two Birds" influences? Same with Darkrai. It's cool.

Wished we had Pokemon designed jerseys. Not the cartoonish kind but more sports looking kind. I've been getting into getting into jerseys and almost all of my clothes for casual wear are just sports jerseys or jersey t-shirt kind. Would love a Team Star sports t-shirt jersey

Pokémon Center online has one, but unless you like Sobble, it likely won't appeal to you. It seems to be based off of a football/soccer jersey. Oddly enough, there are no matching shorts or jerseys of any of the other Galar Starters, unless they somehow made those a while ago and somehow have Sobble ones left.

The patterning on the Shieldon shirt is a mix of slotted and round perforated metal! The slotted kind is often used for decking.

I have a video suggestion: A study about which pokemon benefits from merging evolving and which doesn’t, or which does it more than the others. Example: Does a magneton or magnezone deal more damage with a thunderbolt than 3 magnemites shooting it at the same time? A barbaracle is stronger than 3 binacle? Becoming a single target is worth it for all the cases where pokemon evolve this way? I would really appreciate a video from you about that. That aside, thank you for the amazing content you already does for us.

This is probably a me issue, but with the monitor I'm using, that Togekiss shirt did not show up on my screen at ALL. Just a blank featureless white void with the suggestion of something on it if you really squint.

Commenting this before I finish the video: the Staravia one oddly reminds me of Batik, a kind of print fabric from Indonesia and Malaysia. Granted it's not going to be traditional to wear this during Batik day at a school but I think it might actually get a pass. (I'm Indonesian but for some reason none of my schools have Batik days - Indonesian/Malay Pokemon fans please correct me if my eyes are broken)

Porygon-z is my favorite pokemon and seeing the porygon and porygon 2 design felt so basic and just boring seeing Zs pattern made the wait worth it and definitely bought it! Love the glitch pattern!

Personally, I had wished the designers would've gone with these different designs for the following Pokémon: Gallade would've probably worked out much better using a design motif reminiscent of stained glass artwork, such as the ones depicted in various medieval/renaissance-era cathedrals. Dialga could've been better served if they had incorporated more hourglass motifs. Palkia could've been better served if they had incorporated more dimensional rift and/or wormhole motifs. Shaymin could've used a design motif where it blends in with a garden full of a bunch of shrubbery, with the Sky Forme making for a nice statue.
