Thanks for posting a new dance video. The Walk and Groove videos offer a great workout, but the dance videos are better for working the brain as well. I enjoy learning the new routines. Keep 'em comin'!

So appreciate having your dance classes there whenever I need them! I may be away but always love coming back! Enjoying the spring weather in Minnesota! (Not enjoying the Canadian smoke though) Hope you get a good healthy dose of spring rain to knock them down!!

I LOVE your videos! The moves you choreograph for the music are AWESOME and easy to follow! Also, I lead a 10-minute activity warm-ups for our Sweet Adeline group, Heart of the Pines Chorus (Nacogdoches, Texas), and I use many of your videos! The group loves you too!
