Great videos and great timing! I saw the original video a few weeks ago and now you put this up! Awesome! At 2:06 your gutter downspout drains right against your foundation! Adding a leader to it will help prevent damage to your foundation! Keep up the great videos!

I thank you so much for showing how you built a foundation out if simple bricks and confirming it wasn't an issue. Everywhere else I've seen it's always glossed over or mandated that a concrete or wood foundation is built!

We rented a small uhaul trailer and had them load it at the store. When home we just unpacked it piece by piece. My husband pretty much put it up on his own with a little help from me to get roof locked down well. We are in our late 60's. Most labor intensive part was to build the foundation. We put it down in low part of back yard and it tends to be damp so built regular plywood and 2 by 6 boards on block pilings.

I just bought one exactly like this. It was a great investment, and we are very satisfied with the shed. I had recently bought a metal shed made in an oriental country. It was totally junk. Parts were cut wrong, and I never got it put together. Suncast, made in USA it the way to go.

Awesome video! None of the info was fluff. Thank you for keeping it real. I just finished putting together a Craftsman 7x7, which is almost identical. Bought it at Lowe’s where 2 guys helped load it in my truck. When I got home I cut open the box and took it out piece by piece. I was going to construct a wood foundation (using treated wood) but decided to simply use paving stones (placed a few inches apart) covered with the thinner plywood. I questioned my decision but after seeing your foundation I’m ok with it now. After I got it done it rained and there were no leaks so I guess I did it right. Just wondering how long it will last in the Arizona heat (Phoenix).

Thanks for the update video! The screws for the 1x1 boards you said sheet metal screws, got a link to which ones you used specifically (or close enough)? Want to make sure I get it right the first time and don't screw holes in the shed that I can't use. I ended up paying the money to get a concrete foundation poured cause my yard is pretty uneven and it's worked great for me for about 3-4 years.

Oh the Lord is good! This video showed up in my 'just for you' videos today. I bought the Suncast Vista 7x7 in May. I'm single so no significant other to put that up for me. So I'm borrowing my sister's hubby, and it's going up within the next 2 weeks. I had mine special delivered because it's 395 pounds. I've been wondering about the foundation and what I'd need. I live in South Louisiana, very South so I think I'll be using cinder blocks. I also purchased the shelving unit with it. I've been eyeing this shed for over a year, so when that stimulas came I named it my StimulusSheShed! What about the flooring? Did u just use the plastic flooring it came with? No plywood underneath?? Rubber padding?? Thanks so much for that video. I feel it was meant for me. God Bless You 🙏🏻😇🙏🏻

I love this shed. Wondered how it compares to the big max from rubber maid. My only dilemma is that I would have to move my central air unit to help it fit in the space I have in mind which I’m sure will cost me.
