Alito’s own legal argumentations reveal he philosophically wants a pre-Magna Carta ruling aristocracy that is above any form of common law. He is decidedly not in alignment with our constitution…his personal theocracy bias is pre-enlightenment!

It will be of enormous help in invalidating pretty much every ruling he has ever made in the future when the fact that he simply doesn't respect the law or any concept of impartiality is made the centerpiece of the argument. If he just wipes his hind end with our legal code and the concept of ethics then we can just wipe our hind end on everything he's ever written. The arrogant lack of respect can be a two way street. In fact it already is.

To answer your question unlike the person that commented above me. It's because Aledo was flying and upside down American flag in front of his house after the January 6th insurrection which was a symbol of support for Donald Trump and the election being rigged. The second reason is because it is other home he's flying another flag which represents far-right Christian ideologies. Both of those flags show his bias and if we're a Democrat doing these things the right would be flipping their f****** s***. Both Alito and Thomas need to be impeached immediately for their biases with Far Right organizations and ideologies.

The Roberts court is a disgrace. He allowed Thomas to receive hundred thousand dollar gifts from a person he was ruling on. Roberts should be replaced as chief justice. He does not care that Thomas's wife was part of the insurrection.

I think it is time, if Biden wins reelection, and we win the House, Alito needs to be voted out of his USSC along with Thomas. They clearly are not able to rule over a case without prejudice, nor do they care that others know it. They know, unless under very rare circumstances they cannot be removed. They are the US royalty.
