Congratulations . Judiciary is for justice not merely implementing or interpreting the law. With the priority of Justice over law am sure the judiciary will guide the Parliament to make laws for the welfare of people . People should approach courts for justice not for non implementation of law by the administrators. The Preamble is Supreme and the Constitition ought to promote what is promised to the people by the executuve that ought go prepresent them .

It is in the realm of Justice that every chief justice must be allowed to continue in his office for at least one year. Otherwise his term will be too short to be meaningful. Hence the government should make amendment of rules to effect that the term of every Chief Justice is upto the date of superannuation or one year from the date of appointment whichever is later.

" Don't confuse law for justice" - Really what dose that mean ? Delivery of justice is based on laws of the land passed in legislature of that country in every democratic country. But we hear CJI is telling something else . Then what is justice? When a case comes before a judge how he or she should deal with the case ? On what basis case should be tested ? Is it to be left to the discretion of the Judge ? One can agree that the western legal system is flawed. But we have accepted that long back . According to which Justice delivery is based on laws of the land , evidence (written and oral ) , constitutional provisions. If you leave out laws of the land and evidences what else remains ? Only constitutional provisions. Constitutional provisions are not specific to each case ,but only a guidence to relay on. There comes the role of judges to interpret the constitution. There is no chance of all judges give the same interpretation of constitutional provisions. Then what is the solution? Are we to Fargo the laws of the land and evidences and only relay on the judges wisdom to interpret the constitution? What the CJI is suggesting is not clear. If you put your ideas before the public like a puzzle it creates confusion in the mind of people.
