I agree but it just feels wrong without the Red and Blue Superman suit, by far my biggest gripe with the Snyder cut (that and that it could’ve easily been cut to 3 hours) besides that Snyder cut is fantastic.

@@thwipkid i see what your saying, yes i love the red and blue superman suit aswell, but you’ve got to understand the context on why he wore the black suit, (just in case your not aware) the purpose of the black suit is that for clark to absorb more sunlight which allowed him to be at full power instantly. The appearance of the black suit also acts as fan service, for in the comics after superman was resurrected he always wore the black suit temporarily. I also agree that they could have cut down the movie a little bit but considering this might be snyder’s last film for the dceu, i guess he went all out i suppose, fantastic movie overall, still has some minor flaws, but still an amazing film.

cristian luis del rosario Superman in terms of raw strength is stronger than most if not all individual members of the Justice League, but characters like Wonder Woman, Shazam, Martian Manhunter and a few others are quite up there with Superman if not stronger than he is. Point is Supes alone shouldn’t be stronger than the whole League.

I personally think it's fine that Superman can do this on his own when the goal of the movie was to bring back Superman to defeat Steppenwolf. The team needed to come together in order to bring in Superman, and that was the point of the story. If Superman was there the entire time and they just ignored him until the final battle, then ya... it would have been stupid. In the end they had a goal and they accomplished it. I'm sure in another story their would be a villain that Superman couldn't handle, but for this one it works.

Superman in this case was the secret weapon, and Steppenwolf was the monster. Who's to say that Superman will be enough next time?

This scene compared to the Snyder Cut really shows how it’s not enough to just have the heroes standing there. It has to say something. In this movie all it says is “Oh look, it’s Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman etc.” But in the Snyder Cut it practically screams “We’re a team. We did it.” Great job Mr. Snyder.

This movie absolutely MURDERED Batman. He seemed so weak in combat and he was wayyyy too light hearted. The Batman I know is suppose to be all grumpy and badass and despite him just being a regular human being, he still stands as one of the most intimidating in the Justice League. But does the Batman in this movie have those traits? Yeah I didn't think so.

This movie should have been a bomb if before they introduced Green Lantern and Shazam. It was too early for the Justice League. People had to know about the story of the characters. Really hope that DC universe will have a future. It has a lot of badass heroes. P.S. Batman is my favourite hero. No one can replace him. A real leader and a strong man

Steppenwolf's defeat reminds me the ending of "Princess and the Frog" where main female hero breaks some villain's stuff and he was taken by the ghosts/demons

but in Princess and the Frog, it was passable since the witch doctor made a deal with the devil and when destroying the McGuffin, his debt is gonna be pay in hell, meanwhile in Josstice League (Justice League 2017), Steppenwolf was killed by the Parademons because of his axe being destroyed and then fear develops in him which was a little dodgy, but in Zack's Cut, all of the parademons are killed so cutting his head off is a much better death than his own minions turning against him

Joss Whedon did a good job rewriting and reshooting Justice League after Snyder left due to his adopted daughter taking her own life. My only issue is that some lines make no sense; but overall, Justice League is very good. Cyborg saying 'Boo-yah' was a nice touch.

The theatrical version is Justice League. The Director's Cut is called Zack Snyder's Justice League.
