As a fan of the comics, this movie was everything I wanted and more. All the references were great. I know that it's not perfect, there are some problems, but it's a good movie. I don't get all the hate at all; I can only imagine that it's general prejudice against DC movies. Sad how people can't get over themselves.

I loved the movie, but did anyone notice that it was basically the plot of Lord of the Rings? Replace Motherbox with Rings, Superman comes back like Gandalf, even down to Batman wanting to use the "ring" just like Boromir. It hit me 20 min in and I couldn't unsee it.

I think they're going to make them work as a real team in justice league 2, cause let's be honest : Steppenwolf was not a real villain, superman by himself could've taken him out. But in JL2 superman won't be able to defeat Darkseid on his own, he's too powerful, that's when he is going to need them, all of them. And by the time, Flash and Cyborg would've gained experience (especially Barry after Flashpoint). For me this movie wasn't the "Justice League" it was the introduction of the justice league, we were only introduced to these new characters, learning their story, seeing the chemistry between them (and *cough* seeing how much they need superman *cough*). They are learning things about each other, trying to bond. Like Eric said, there was no leader, and Superman was only their secret weapon, but in JL2 they ARE going to learn to work as a team. I think that's what they were setting up in this movie.

I just saw Justice League and i don't get the bad reviews or rotten tomato bad score it was 300 times better then the Batman vs Superman garbage . I still like Wonder Woman more but JL was great and i'm a marvel guy .

You know what, after a full 24 hrs since the movie I've had time to think about it. The plot is very thin and the villian is a throw away character, but that's fine, allow me to explain. This was a team building movie and a small window into the direction they are taking in which I believe they have succeeded. The chemistry between the members was excellent and I'm glad they didn't waste a awesome villian. Im very curious and excited to see what happens next..

I dont know what is going with people and this movie but me and the gf went to see this and it was so much fun and people are saying they didnt understand the story at no point where we lost watching this movie was it really that hard for people to follow. we are casuals we just follow the movie universes of all the comic book movies DCU MCU XMEN and i saw the JL cartoon years back but dont read the comics and i am luving all these movies.

You guys should definitely watch justice League War. Basically like this, but with darkseid. A lot of explanation and humor, under 2 hours. DC kills it when it comes to their animated movies.

CG is like playing previous generation video games. You know the graphics aren't gonna match up but you look past it and appreciate what it represents. Would people then complain about practical effects not looking real enough. seriously.

What I liked about the movie is that they might have hinted why in previous films, it was so dark and brooding. They stated that when darkness would take over and then Steppenwolf would return, and then when the Justice League defeated him light returned. Even Amy's speech helped this claim. I think it was WB's way of saying, "We fucked up with BvS".

The lasso forces you to talk. It burns you. Steve Trevor tried to fight it in Wonder Woman. Also, Lois Lane yelled out "Clark" in front of the cops. Secret identities weren't a thing... And they didn't call him Flash did they?

Jesse Eisenberg was Lex Luthor in this movie. He wasn't a pretender, he was Luthor. He was a lot more reserved, and it freaking worked.

Danny Elfman actually did a good job of putting his Batman theme and Williams' Superman motifs into the film.

Regardless of ROTTEN TOMATOES, I found the film enjoyable at least. Definitely more watchable than previous DCEU efforts. Feel free to check out my review ladies and gentlemen! This movie was honeslty fun

Saw it yesterday. Watching this review made me appreciate how enjoyable it was.

I thought cyborg changing his armor in the end of the movie was pretty cool. Answers all the hate about his look, that shows that he's just learning new things about his powers. :)

This was the first time I felt like I was watching the real Superman in the modern DCEU films: he laughed, smiled, took the time to answer kids interview questions, raced Flash, wore bright colours, saved people...

So much Game of Thrones, Yoren as Zeus, Jason Mamoa/Khal Drogo as Aquaman, Ciaran Hinds/Mance Rayder as Steppenwolfe, Roose Bolton as a Reactionary Terrorist & Hostage Taker. Good seeing actors do well in both as Television evolves.

That flashback scene when Wonder Woman was talking was TIGHT! Gods, Amazons, Atlantians, THE GREEK GODS, and the final epic touch THE GREEN LANTERNS! One of my favorite scenes in he film. But why did the Green Lanterns not come back? Hmmm. I need that movie.

Also with the score at the end, when he asks Bruce how he got the house back from the bank and the camera focuses on Mara and Lois the music sounded exactly like binary sunset but more barebones

She can keep up with him any day but I suppose she may have been more on defense rather than offense and Superman needed his moments lol. Anyway I thought the movie was great, it had its flaws which I expected but still great. Hopping for an extended cut on Blu-ray with more of Zack’s scenes. Also that Superstache was terrible.

When I watch a movie I usually stay quiet and not get audibke but in the end credits scene when you just see the bandana tail flapping in the wind and the sword hilt I sat back in my seat and said "Deathstroke". Honestly one if the best parts of the movie.

I think the third motherbox called Steppenwolf when it's the right moment for him to steal it. So if Flash runs away with it, when he gets tired the box will call and Steppenwolf will come collect it. So that's not gonna stop him.

They should have included the dialogue about due to the "codex" in Superman's DNA that he can be revived. And about what you guys said that Avengers need Coulson to die to get the team to work together, I think they did something similar here on JL. Batman was about to sacrifice himself to give the team a clear path to Steppenwolf. But the team decided to help him instead before fighting the villain. I'm pissed too about that scene on the trailer about Alfred saying, "I knew you'd come.." but they didn't use on the movie. Hopefully we get that on the extended version.

They handled Aquaman the same as they did with Wonder Woman in BvS, we got a little taste of them and then in a year we'll get more involved with their standalone movie. Guys there was an Etta Candy epilogue scene on the Wonder Woman Blu-Ray that involved her bringing Steve Trevor's team back together to retrieve a secret item for the government which turned out to be the humans Motherbox. Steppenwolf was voiced by Ciaran Hinds who played Mance Rayder on Game of Thrones.

There was a cut scene where Bruce talks about the nightmare scene from BvS, so maybe it was mentioned that is why he brought Lois as the 'Big Gun..?'

At the start when Wonder Woman throws the bomb into the sky the explosion sound is the same as when firestorm transforms in LoT

WB demanding this film to be 2hrs, might had hurt the overall story. Hoping for a Snyder's Director Cut. I mean the film was to be 2:30~3 hrs long so there's 30-60 minutes of film that was not shown to the public.

It's not complete shit like the Marvel fans claim, and it's definitely not an amazingly perfect film that DC fans keep insisting. It's enjoyable, just like it should be.

There was no upper lip CGI during his back to life scene and when he was in the cornfield. The rest was CGI, as Calvin said.

My favorite parts were: (1) Barry and Bruce: "I haven't been in a fight, I just run really fast and push people over." "Save one person." (2) Cyborg and his Dad: "Do they know I'm alive?" "No." "You don't want them to know about the monster?" "You're not a monster." "It's funny that you think it's me I'm talking about." Flash has always been my favorite member of the JL because of the animated series. I like the Marvel movies more than the DC ones, but I actually don't have a favorite Marvel hero at all. But in DC it's always been the Flash. Loved Ezra Miller in this. Least favorite part was Bruce's "You talk to fish" jokes. Ugh.

The movie was 2 hours and 45 minutes long and someone at Warner Brothers forced them to cut it down to 2 hours. I'd love to see an extended edition with those 45 minutes added.

I was very entertained in this movie which I was very happy about despite the flaws it did have, my only wish with this movie was that they didn't cut the runtime of the movie. Supposedly there was 3 hours of footage, but they were restricted to do only 2 hour runtime. But hell, BvS was 2 and a half hours in the first theatrical cut. It was easy to recognize that they had more footage for scenes so my hope is that there will be an extended cut to come out later on.

The end sequence when Loïs is writing the paper, and we see Clark walking in the street among people with glasses and cracking his shirt like the classic way 😀 But after I was wandering "love that Clark but how will they explain C.K's return to life?"
