DCEU Superman would take the whole lot of those viltrumites with ease. He is basically a solar battery with limitless power as long as he is under a yellow son and zod and faora were able to overwhelm him because they are Kryptonians and the fact that he was green as a hero. He is invulnerable they are not we've seen them tear limbs from each other. And as far as power level, Superman in the Dceu is at least planetary level especially when he was resurrected because they needed the power of a planet from the motherboxes to try and bring him back.

If it’s the DCEU Justice League, then I’m convinced Omni-Man wins easily, but against the comics version? Sure, he might take out 10 to maybe 30% of the League which has more numbers in that continuity, but as Omni-Man fan, that’s as far as I go, as Omni-Man doesn’t exactly have counters against the likes of Martian Manhunter or even the magic users within the League, so he’s kinda screwed on that front ngl, he may seem limitless at times, but not here.

I think you underestimate Flash. The Flash can through punches relative enough to hurt Kryptonians and can phase his hand through there chests to kill them. Two Flashes were able to old back an army of unadapted Kryptonians.

Dr. Fate would figure out their weaknesses, and Batman and Lex Luthor, with Amanda Waller, would light their asses up with nuclear power, whether actual nukes, or something powered by nukes. The Viltrumites would not survive the nukes. They can't even survive the sun ! Hell, Superman's heat vision would kill them. Superman is significantly faster than the Viltrumites.
