In this day and age, it's so painful to see "investors" still falling for the false promises of multi level businesses aka pyramid scheme aka ponzi scheme! The victims of this scam always focus exclusively on the juicy carrot dangled in a tantalizing manner rather than doing a realistic due diligence before parting with their funds! Mutual greed is always the binding factor in these fake business relationships!

@@aallthingsbeautiful The normal alliance system is that once you register, you will refer 2 people, the 2 ppl will also refer 2 ppl each and the pyramids continue like that. The gimmicks the defendant brought into the game is that he will do the job for his seminar attendees by advertising on the radio and on Television. Once people are joining, he will put them under the pyramid. All you need to pay him is a service charge to cover the cost of the radio and TV adverts. The problem now is that the defendant said, people are no longer joining even after all the radio and TV adverts. Multi-level marketing is tricky and the owners of the companies are not fools. Multilevel marketing is a great invention. The problem in Ng is the products. Advanced nations do it successfully for services like insurance. You live in a country where you can't drive a car without insurance or where life insurance is a must if you are doing some professions if your mouth is sweet a little bit and you are sociable, how hard will it be for you to refer even 10 ppl? How many ppl really use or need those multivitamin products in the poverty capital of the world? Imagine having multilevel marketing for products like rice in Nigeria. I can easily find people that need rice and refer them and I get a bonus.

I once failed in this Criminal platform to give them money 💵 first time they ask for more I give money for the second time. they ask again if I even borrow from app loan money 💵 for the third time to give them. When I see there is no money 💵 coming from this person I block them. Immediately I find is extortion is going on. I did not tell anybody I kept it myself and find a way to pay my load. Bad people everywhere

What is missed here is the fact that, the service fee paid was paid so that they will concern themselves with creating the network for you. So it means that they are to pay him regularly as indicated as they are facilitators of growing the network so far as you commit the service charge.

She was doing her best selling technique( I know they are trained to get many sign ups then the pressure comes. See, I was in real estate, my family also, so I was ready. When she started speaking re all the returns, signing up others etc. I Aboldly told her, ‘ you are barking up the wrong tree, nothing you say can ever convince me to sign up and purchase anything. I don’t need it I said. She tried another avenue, I just told her, look ‘good bye’ and walked away. She was so flabbergasted. I pulled my cousin and we both left. Not selling any product. Pyramid!!!!!

The person that made me advance N30,000 to these thieves is a very good friend that I respect so much. His business crashed and he joined "bring one person that will bring two peoples". I invested to help him build his ladder and make profits. I was only interested in the hamper equivalent of N30,000 they promised to give. I went to their (AIM Global) office in Ikeja once and gave up. My 30,000 went like that. I'd look at my friend and his hungry family and blame myself for not getting the wife and kids food items with the N30,000... Get close to me again with any of this bullcrap, I will be the one defending in the court because I will so much hurt you physically.

However, he would continue, despite millions of dollars in ads for the past 8 months, his company hasn't brought in or registered a new client. But they would keep advertising. 😅😀

I thank God that I don't have d spirit of seeking money with all my might. I am always contended with d little money I have. I can never put my hard earned money on any useless business. Next time, please do a research about what you're investing in and also read the fine prints clearly. It is not enough to hold onto the words of a desperate marketer who would sugar coat everything

The plaintiff was a confused man, you cannot go and take money from people and go and invest in pyramid scheme. All pyramid scheme is about product and bringing people to grow and earn money or else nothing for you as the saying that 'No food for lazy man'. The plaintiff doesn't have any good case here.He is too greedy to make money from this alliance business may be because of how he's indebted to people.Its unfortunate he has lost this and the accuse can't be liable for all he alleged him.Next time he will learn how to invest wisely on a business he has 100% right and control over.
