It’s what happens when you’re regenerate since that love is poured out by the Holy Spirit as the apostle says. It’s all 100% of God by faith alone. Faith and works is literally every other religion. Catholicism isn’t special, just another heretical institution among many. By the way, you still have to interpret so called infallible teachings. You’re still the final link in the chain in what you actually believe, hence why so many Catholics disagree. (Romans 3:23) If God did not save ANYONE…He would still be totally JUST in doing so. Who are you to question your creator? On the contrary, who are you, you foolish person, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, “Why did you make me like this,” will it? (Romans 9:20) Who is more merciful? Your god who, to use your words, gives you a report card. Or my God who saves COMPLETELY even while we are totally depraved and deserve Gods wrath. The Bible teaches over and over and over that we are sinners who deserve death. That you cannot earn your salvation and that salvation is from God alone. Jesus is our only mediator and only way to be saved….He did it and nothing we ever do or say has any part in it. Our works are the product(or) evidence of our salvation….our fruit as new creatures in Christ…not part of what saves. The Bible is abundantly clear on this. The traditions of men will not save you. Are you OK? You seem a bit hostile. If you think Dr White doesn't believe in an individual being changed by the Holy Spirit, I'd suggest watching some of his sermons. If you have a differing opinion could you please simply state it and scriptural support for it, also please present the opposing side of the argument and clearly explain how your view is superior. This is what Dr White has done for his view of the subject and any refutation of that should therefore address his well known opinions accurately.

@@ChristisLord2023 My view is worthless and so is James White's. No one has ever been saved by a direct action of the Spirit. The Spirit has given us information in the word and when we read it and do what it says to do, we can be saved. The Bible tells us what the early christians did. They believed the gospel and were baptized into Christ. James White has some unscriptural notion about God picking some people and not others. That is not in the Bible.

@Anthony Bardin Your request is odd. You're asking me to prove something that does not exist. No one is saved by the Spirit entering them. It is not there in the text. Jesus said, "He who believes and is baptized (that is water) shall be saved." So I can prove that believing who Jesus is an obeying his commandments will save, that it is a thing, yes. Showing you a positive example of Mr. White 's doctrine that is not in the word I can't do.
