Harbaugh took a dogshit 4-12 9ers team and immediately flipped them into a team who were a juggernaut team who didnt only BARELY missed being in 3 straight NFC Championships and a Superbowl win. Harbaugh almost built a dynasty in under 2 years. Hes going to go crazy with this Chargers team given he's going to be drafting coming straight out of college.

The Stanford team he took over after 2006 was absolute dogshit. Upset a juggernaut USC in his first year. By the end of his 4th season Stanford would have won the 4-team playoff.

No disrespect bro , but those niner teams were loaded with talent. You just had a completely idiotic head coach in singletary that couldn’t coach his way out of a wet paper bag . He was such a bad coach that he went 1-21 as high school head coach . The talent was never issue on those niner teams at all . Jim is a good head coach but he’s also a smart guy who knows how to pick an nfl team with loads of talent . The chargers will be good with him but he knows how to pick a good situation

@@ninerempire3398The fact you think he only chose it because of the talent just shows how little you actually know about the man. He knows the Chargers organization well. Played for them, knows the owners and their family. No doubt, he definitely saw Herbert and got a little twinkle in his eye because of the raw talent that can be shaped, but assumptions like that are just dumb. The man took a shitter Michigan team and turned it around and won a chip. He knows how to build a winner.

@@BreadstickAssassin you think he would’ve picked a team with absolutely zero talent ? He’s already shown he won’t pick a team that needs to do a complete rebuild in the nfl , this is his second time picking a loaded team before he chose a coaching job in the league . You’re completely fooling yourself . He chose the niners because of the loaded talent they already had and he’s doing the same with the chargers .

A lot of people will probably think he’s exaggerating about going to Home Depot and such.. I promise you he’s not. My best friend was an assistant on Harbaugh’s staff at Michigan and told me a story about how he called all the assistants up at practice one day just to ask if any of them knew how to build a tree house because his kids wanted one. One of the assistants raised his hand and “I can help you coach.” Harbaugh said, “Great! I’ll stop by Home Depot after practice and get the supplies. Meet me at the house with your tools and we’ll get started!” They had the kids a treehouse built in a few days, working a couple hours after practice each day.

@@simonsobo4644 Bro, do you know how long I have hated Kyle Shannahan as our HC? He is not an HC. Nepotism got him the job. Kyle Shannahan, loses a 28-3 lead in the SB with the number 1 offense in the NFL. After the “L”, he gets a promotion. Wilks holds the great Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid offense to only 19 points in regulation. He gets scapegoated because Kyle Shannahan was too embarrassed to admit that he lost the game do to his lack of management, lack of play calling and lack of QB that can go out there to get you a win. Kyle didn’t want Mahomes and now Mahomes is haunting him to his grave. I will never ever root for Kyle or this FO but I will continue bleeding red & gold until I’m dead & cold🔥

Get those two youngins' experience as early as possible with Herbert and Keenan Allen. Legend Harbaugh is the type of guy you root for He seems like a sweet guy, he's saying the right things, but all I can think about is how much better Pat has gotten at interviewing to make up for this...Was Pat hitting the 🌿 🖋?? Lol We will miss Jim in the college world Vikings missed their opportunity to hire Harbaugh 2 years ago!! The Minnesota Vikings are a poverty franchise that settles on being mediocre and nothing more. The Wilfs proved it by letting Jim Stapleton (Michigan Alumni) persuade them in not to hire Jim Harbaugh. Jim was Kwesi’s guy and first choice. No way does Kwesi interview him already knowing who and what Harbaugh is just to turn him down after a 9 hour interview. The NFL is about winning championships and Harbaugh gave us the best chance. They’re Pretenders, not contenders. The change in LA will be seen immediately. It’s just a matter of time before we see the LA Chargers in the AFC Championship/Super Bowl. The Vikings will not win if the Wilfs are doing their best Jerry Jones Impression. If you don’t believe me check his record. Make it make sense. Congrats chargers you guys got a good one. what about khalil mack? Jim Harbaugh will be a Super Bowl champion in the next 3 years. He was like Yeah I watched your show mfk saying imma a cheater.. now he doesn't want Jim to see it Meh...doesn't matter how good Harbaugh or Herbert are...Spanos will find a way to screw this up. Pat is majorly kissing arse 😂😂😂Go Blue! How thick are those glasses omg (6-8) win team How are you gonna speculate for weeks about the sign cheating scandal at Michigan, bring guests on to talk about it, mention how it could lead to NFL coaching, and not even mention it? “JOURNALISM” Cheater Now he can cheat to win a Super Bowl and then jump ship before the punishment comes down… Maybe a GM for the Chicago Bears. 😅Patricia Mahomes complains about late hits. She does not like getting hit. The Pats gotta stop being so humble. Put on those big boy pants… you've made it bud. Cheater How Jealous? Remember y'all, haters gonna HATE. True UM still went undefeated after the story dropped.......

The way Jim conducts himself & the energy he puts out will have you thinking it may not be the Chiefs division for too much longer 👀 Sean Payton has to be thinking maybe he should have waited til this year to choose a HC position lol

As a Niner fan I never wanted to see Harbaugh go. He’s the type of leader that will change the entire culture of your building. We witnessed it in the Bay. Toiling around in NFL purgatory until he arrived. Chargers fans should be stoked.

Well Jim, they say you are going to take a wide receiver, defensive end or offensive tackle. That receiver class is pretty salty. I'd take Harrison if he's available for sure. Then I'd steal another one in the near later rounds. I'd give Herbert two young studs right away at receiver and fill in the pieces later at other positions if need. Get those two youngins experience as early as possible with Herbert and Keenan Allen.

Jed York threw away a good one, and it took 10 years to make up the gap. Shanahan and Harbaugh are now at "made it to super bowl" level, the first one to make it will either redeem or damn Jed's reputation.
