Die hard fan since 1981. I was home watching the freaking Jacksonville playoff game alone. A few friends start 'congratulation' texting me at halftime. I lost my damn mind. We've seen that movie so many times. I need 'Chargering' to be a term and thing of the past. I want to be happy with a 2 score lead with 4 minutes left in the game and not in constant fear anymore. lol

The fact anyone making that stupid argument actually believes that Justin Herbert trade value is only worth one single 1st round pick tells me all I need to know about their level of intelligence individually as well as their football IQ. Cause for one there is never A right situation where Justin Herbert should ever be traded and two if our GM was that stupid then he better trade him for a package of deal of multiple picks where that team trying to get him would have to give up their 2024 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds picks plus their 2025 1st round pick. Because if we’re expected to trade away this team’s future success and possible future hall of fame franchise QB then we should receive the same amount in value that he is worth. So if that many picks sounds ridiculous for Justin Herbert, and anyone who thinks treating Justin Herbert should understand how ridiculous that sounds.

I never minded the calls, it was the shotty play calling by the OCs that would piss me off. But at the same time he has to know his OC sucks at calling 4th down plays and has to stop.

Not going to lie, I REALLY wanted him on the Chiefs team. With Ladd being from Georgia the Atlantic Ocean is accessible and now in California he can go to the Pacific Ocean. Two very different bodies of water but both very beautiful. Congratulations Chargers, you have a great player in Ladd McConkey.

Joe, you mentioned John Spanos a couple times. Here’s my .02 regarding John Spanos… keep him in charge of the coffee machine & cheerleaders. Keep him out of true football business. He’s the one that has wasted a decade with his hiring rookie coaches and crap GM. The best thing Dean Spanos did for this franchise was when he told John he’s no longer the boss. John may have an important sounding title but he’s the guy who’s responsible for a decade of failure on the field.

What’s really sad and quite pathetic about the East coast media bias is now under appreciated guys like Herbs actually are. He is one of the most talented and humble QBs in the NFL. He gets overlooked by guys like Burrow who are only liked because he got lucky and found himself in a Super Bowl. I can’t wait for Herbert to shut all the critics up and prove he is and always was the best QB in his draft class.

The Chargers passing on JJ McCarthy is a big mistake. The Chargers are a historically and generationally bad franchise and Jin should have taken JJ, because he wanted him and not listened to the losers associated with the Chargers. You can Trade Herbert later
