If only there was a way to respond with screenshots. There's a wiggle effect in my Premier Pro by default and there's also an advanced wiggle effect in After Effects which is split into 3 types.

@@lewis_malyrics Theres no effect named wiggle in premiere there is wave warp and etc but those are distorting not necessarily moving things in a floating way. After effects has a wiggle expression

There’s a much easier way to do this. Apply the wiggle position to whatever you want and set the amount to 25

After effects can do this in 2 seconds lmao, premiere is pretty much only good for basic video corrections like colour grading and adjustment, not special effects
