I had a friend who was muslim and there were days that i did Ramadan with him where you fast all day, his mom made great food, but with the fasting...... was some of the best meals I can remember.

I didna bodybuilding competition after giving birth. Walked on stage 10 month postpartum and got second to last place. It was the hardest thing I've ever done in a short amount of time. But I can't believe I got a six pack 10 months after giving birth so I was happy. Took me 3 months to start eating normal again

17:55 - I don't get it. Can someone explain when Bart said he had sodium-carb reboud where his body is trying to ''retain'' everything but he also followed that up with saying his body couldn't ''hold'' the water he was drinking?

Since he deprived himself from eating his maintenance calories, his body will absorb extra water from all the food he eats. It’s water retention and lack of electrolyte balance. His body won’t absorb the extra drinking water since the food he ate had water. Once his body becomes more balanced calorie wise, all that excess water in his body will be flushed out.

Bart gotta fire his coach man. 1000-1300 calories for 4cweeks is extremely low for natural. Even cbum who is on juice was eating more than that and as a natural you can't cut that low. Horrible
