After seeing 1960s movies, i noticed one thing others saw nagesh as comedian but balachander saw hero in him.

திருந்தாத மனிதர்கள். எனக்கு ஒன்று புரியவில்லை. பிராமணர்களை பற்றி தவறாக பேசிய ,எல்லாவற்றிலும் ஒதுக்கீடு வங்கியபிறகும் என்ன முன்னேற்றம் கண்டோம். ஜாதி ஒழிய வில்லை,நேர்மை இல்லை,உழலை வளர்த்தோம்,நல்ல ஆசிரியர்களை இழந்தோம்,நேர்மையான வக்கீல்களை இழந்து கட்டபஞ்சாயத்து நடக்கிறது. ஆனால் பிராமணன் எதைப்பற்றியும் கவலை படாமல் வேறு நாடுகளுக்கு கடுமையாக உழைத்து , சம்பாதித்து ,பல பெரிய பதவிகளையும் ,விஞ்ஞான அறிவியலுக்கான விருதுகளையும் பெற்றுள்ளார். ஆனால் இங்கே மற்றவர்கள் அவர்கள் மீது இன்னும் வெறுப்பு. எதை நினைக்கிறாயோ அதுவாக ஆகிறாய். விவேகானந்தர் (பார்பான் இல்லை)

Wandering Mystic Nagesh was embroiled/ involved in the murder of his wife Regina s brother His body was found at his residence. National awards are not awarded to people facing criminal charges/ police cases.

@@prakashrao8077 It is the bits of information...which I was not aware. But there are others tainted also who have received bigger awards and felicitations. Nagesh was a fine actor...not merely a comedian. On par with the other greats in the industry. It won't do justice to measure a person in the basis of awards only for Nagesh has a great body of work.

Becoz Nagesh is not a Brahmin or not a Hindu. The world knew the reason including Mr Balachandar. The cineworld awards are reserved for Brahmins and shoe lickers of brahminism.

@@venkataramanankrishnan5012 You can defend your caste but this is known to the whole world. How these brahmins control India thru Judiciary, Election commission, Administration. This is a known secret and Balachandar being a Brahmin himself got agitated that why Sivaji was not given Badma Bhusan and out of frustration after Sivaji got Chevalier award, proclaimed let the Indian burecracy not honour sivaji but we will start giving awards in the name of sivaji. South India is always neglected and secondly if you are not a brahmin, you wont get high awards even if they are eligible. Whole India knew this truth. The more you speak, all their hypocrisy will come out.
