This whole video is Evelyn's character. Pretty, seductive, but she will screw with your mind confusing your senses and tormenting you from the shadows. Also not how we never really _see_ her, she's always shrouded in darkness. Perfect depiction of a sadistic demon who thrives on your pain and suffering.

I know you've heard the idea of her ingame concept, but her lore goes in-depth moreso into her character. She has the idea of a succubus, but Evelynn is a demon of her own. She used to be a shadow, but formed when wars broke out over Runeterra (League of Legends Earth, means Magic Earth), coming to sentience from the pain of millions around the world. But she actually gets the height of her pleasure only when they are in pain. She explicity says she tortures the people she charms. Not only does she torture these people, but she brings them to as much pleasure as possible in order to make them feel the most pain as following possible. One of the other champions, Vayne, a monster hunter, kills monsters because she came home as a little girl to Evelynn sitting inbetween her parent's corpses in a pool of blood, smiling at Vayne. Vayne now explicitly never smiles.

K/DA is a line of skins for characters that are kpop inspired in the game League of Legends. Riot puts out stuff like this as promotionals for their game and skin line. Their music is always amazing, and they often manage to get a lot of amazing artists to make this stuff. There's also True Damage and Pentakill as music groups from them. :D

A big heads up to these two lovely artists who made Evelynn sound so smooth. Kim Petra is transgender, and her voice really goes on point with Madi, the color coded lyric videos shows you who’s singing which part, and after listening to Madison Beer songs, yeah you can definitely tell who’s, who’s. Madison is definitely Mara Junot’s Evelynn.

LOL is a pure fantasy game where characters ("champions") fight each other. The conceit for K/DA, True Damage, and Pentakill (Riot "virtual groups" with music videos/MV's) is they are in a more modern world, kind of like Marvel's or DC's comic universes, and are musical performers/bandmates with superpowers. For the MV's, they are voiced by real-world performing artists. Each character has a primary voice actor who is used whenever possible, however, all of K/DA except Akali have been represented by secondary voice talent. Madison is the primary here, lending her voice to this, POP/STAR, and More.

riot does video games, mainly league of legends. they put out cinematics and make music a big part of that. at some point they decided to make some real music. they have 3 virtual groups by now. the first was pentakill (heavy metal), then kda and then true damage. the characters are champions in the game and they have the same singer every time. its a lot like kpop so everybody has their own personality. ahri (with the tail and the ears) is the leader. the singer is someone from G-Idel (a south korean kpop group). akali (girl with the mask) is also one from G-Idel and she is the rapper and she is insanely good. kaisa (with the floating things) is jaira burns, she is the dancer. evelynn is the star of this video. she is performed by madison beer and she is the main singer.

I'm late to the comments lol. Long story short, the character portrayed here is what is classically described as a succubus. Like, D&D succubus, violent masochistic type of shit. And the look is a 'skin' that is available for sale in the game. It's all toned down to fit that 'T' for teen label, for obvious reasons lmao. Also, a lot goes into the audio production, so I'd suggest a *sick-ass* pair of headphones. I get goosebumps when I listen to these songs bc they hit different with'em on

Hey man, Riot Games (League of Legends) are just next lvl at everything they are doing - especialy animation. They also got super dope TV show. These music videos are often made just to adverise new skins in the game or to celebrate championships, etc. They put together random artists and make these masterpieces.

League of Legends is a game that has been around for over 10 years. It has over 160 characters each with alternate costumes from the various alternate universes. K/DA is one such universe and is one that is shared with True Damage. The music is pretty hype to listen to while you play, but honestly, the game is difficult to learn and even harder to master. I would suggest hooking up with some friends or some friendly folks online who can teach you about all the major mechanics of the game. It is a 5v5 MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) where you control your character and cast their unique spells to help push three separate lanes to destroy the opposing teams base. It is a time commitment with some games lasting over an hour, but it does offer a more casual mode that typically only lasts 20-30 minutes per game.

The game is fun to play, but there's a TON to learn to get any good at it. If you walk into every session without worrying about if you win or not, it's enjoyable. The worst part of the game is toxic players, but if that doesn't phase you it's a ton of fun. There's a character for everyone, and the roster has well over 100 to choose from.
