Thank you Prof. Giles! For a second, I thought you were going for calf slicer as well from that position.

Hi! I added spanish subtitles to this video when it came out, but don't appear yet. I would like to share this video with my non-english-talking friends. Do you know why the subtitles in spanish don't appear yet? Do you need to verify them or something? It's quite disheartening to see the work I made is not helping you, neither my friends...
@Vscustomprinting4 жыл бұрын
you may need to turn on subtitles... check the options

Giles is prounouned "Ji-els", instead of "Guy-els" right? I've heard it both ways so I'm confused.

For the lay person... forget the k guard stuff...get to an x guard. Remove the far foot and pummel around near leg for the entanglement. Voila.

I prefer single X or X too, easier faster multiple options for transitions and sweeps. I don't think I even have the flexibility to do this k guard. Apart from that most of the positions it reaches are forbidden for lower belts while the single X you can easily adapt to legal positions

I just feel like you're exposing yourself to ankle locks with these set-ups. People don't respect the ankle locks.
