The Mayor, it's role is not in how the problem can be tackled. The focus is, how a dynamic team can be mobilized to bring a immediate impact upon problem solving which seems vibrant on Keshav ji's answers. We need a leader who can manage a dynamic team that boasts problem solving capabilities. Mr Balen is sorta confined on his problem solving cases. The moment he realizes what a Mayor needs to do, his tenure, it's over. Keshav Stapit ji, he echoes the leadership capability, and will work for a better Kathmandu.

Keshav Sthapit - as always guff matrai Madan Sir - respected person but seems like he only wants to be imandar with no vision Sirjana Singh - as u can see, she can't even attend the talk show imagine ruling Kathmandu Samikshya - good vision and knows laws well Balen - in depth research in each and every sector, good vision backed up with detailed reasoning, independent hence no need to favor any party or individual commenced with the party.

Balen deserve the mayor role in ktm with the amount of plans he have and a clear vision to deal the problems. None of the times he said I will do it only but also explains how it can be done in a specific way and it shows how much he is keen to lead as a mayor. He deserve my vote. Time for change .

as a civil engineer i can say that Balen's vision is very much achievable for a cleaner and more suitable for a city like kathmandu. If he wins and performs a live youtube broadcast every day or week then the works can be transparent and no one can finesse an experience civil engineer when it comes to road and city development

After he wins the election (let's hope), I am planning to advise him on Viber about posting a video every month or every three months about the things that he and his team has achieved so far. I messaged him a couple of days back on viber (his number is on his Instagram), and he reacted with love so I'm sure he would see the messages. Maybe he already has planned about this but I have not seen him say this rather he spoke about live telecasting the karyapalika's meeting. So let's all message him after the elections to make this possible.

I have a lot of experience with permeable road surfaces attenuation tanks and tree pits which will increase the water table in KTM I can give ideas n m willing to volunteer if he starts these projects.
