75g Dried Chili (Blanched with hot water) 75克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
15g Balacan 15克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖
2) 芒果糯米饭 Mango Sticky Rice
Ingredients 配料 :
1 Mango 1粒 芒果
100g Glutinous rice (soaked 3 hours) 100克 糯米 (浸泡3小时）
20g Sugar 20克 糖
100ml Coconut cream 100毫升 椰浆
1g Salt 1克 盐
