干炒叻沙 Dry Laksa
Ingredients 配料:
400g White Rice Noodles 400克 粗米粉
150g Bean Sprouts 150克 豆芽
4 Tau Pok 4片 豆卜
10 Prawns 10只 虾
2 Fish Cake 2条 鱼饼
40 Laksa leaves, minced 40片 叻沙叶, 切碎
150ml Coconut cream 150毫升 椰浆
1 Lemongrass 1颗 香茅
30g Dried shrimps, blended 30克虾米, 搅碎
3 tablespoon Chilli Paste 3汤匙 自制辣椒酱
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
½ tablespoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
自制辣椒酱 Chilli Paste :
40g Dried Chili 40 克 辣椒干
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
25g Balacan 25克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
50ml Oil 50毫升 油
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖
