Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa and Chicken Sukka or Suka is most popular Maharashtrian chicken dish or thali. Kolhapuri chicken tambda rassa is a treat for spicy lover non vegetarians. Once tried, one will never forget the taste of Kolhapuri tambda rassa and sukka chicken.
Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa and Chicken Sukka Ingredients -
** Chicken Stock **
Chicken 1 kg
Oil 2 Tbsp
Bay Leaf 2
Onion Half Chopped
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Hot Water 2 Cup
** Kolhapuri Masala Preparation **
Coriander/Dhane 1 Tbsp
Balck Pepper Half Tsp
Cumin seeds/jeera 1 Tsp
Shaha Jeera Half Tsp
Clove 8
Cinnamon 2 Inch
Cardamon 5
Whole Red Chili (Bedgi/Kashmiri) 5
Til 1 Tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 Tbsp
Dry Coconut Half cup
Nutmeg Powder 1/4 Tsp
Roasted Onion 2 Medium
Roasted Garlic 8-10
Roasted Ginger 4 Inch
** Chicken Sukka **
Oil 4 Tbsp
Bay leaf 2
Onion 1 Large
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 to 2 Tbsp
Salt As per taste
*** Tambda Rassa
Oil 2 Tbsp
