@@jiatraducoes I never said she was a bad vocalist but her stans think shes possibly the best in 4th gen when she isnt even better than jiwon who's 4th gen and under hybe.She is good but not better than jiwon, shes also overrated when it comes to her lyricism. Her lyricism really is not that good, she needs to show not tell with her lyricism. Her fans think shes a way better vocalist than she is and a way better lyricist, I do agree that le sserafim songs really dont show off her vocals at all.

@@emosheeransupremacy5046 My dear, you can say whatever you want about Yunjin, except that she is overrated. I understand if you don't like her talent, but besides being an idol, she is also an opera singer who is constantly praised for her perfect technique. Maybe the problem with Jiwon's fans is like you that instead of praising her and getting her chosen, they choose to waste time belittling other idols who have nothing to do with her. (Like the comment above that was never clear, Yunjin, you were the one who started this in hopes of diminishing her abilities, so don't be a hypocrite and say you didn't do it to diminish because it doesn't make sense for you to mention it here). Yunjin is a wonderful idol, she trained for many years and participated in several programs before le serafim in hopes of one day being able to debut. She is a great singer, dancer, songwriter, rapper and one of the best performers of the generation who is in one of the biggest groups of the generation (in less than 2 years of career), she deserves everything she has achieved and she will not It's your opinion that will change something. Keep supporting your Jiwon instead of messing with other idols, maybe one day she or her group will achieve something special.

Even if she could. They still wouldn’t able to, that training is gonna have to be longer. Beside a lot of K-pop idols sing as if they had absolutely no vocal training and for some groups that is very true. Lily is just naturally talented and very well trained.

This video helped me realize why JYP tries to beat the falsetto out of everyone. You can cheat higher but there's no support if it's a necessity instead of a style choice.

I need Nvee from Blackswan, Lily from NMIXX, Wendy from Red Velvet, and Belle from Kiss of Life to cover this now. 🤌🏽 I do like some of the improvised runs in falsetto instead of belting a note not in their range. It's a nice compromise. 👌🏾

Thats because her notes were really light and lacked any power, its a lot easier to hit high notes if you sing them light, the impressive thing about ariana’s high notes is that they have power as she belts most of them and dont resort to “falsetto” , yuju didnt belt any and used lots of falsetto in the last part

@@heyafindfun maybe she was trying to be lowkey. plus she did regress and kinda lost that fullness of her voice, but i know she can still belt powerfully; she's just choosing when to use it to not cause any further damage on her voice. she's still in B tier anyways. also not tryna compare ari and yuju. both of them are perfectly slaying in their own unique way and falsettos are fine. ari does them too sometimes so yeah.

I can see Yuju changing her style a lot. Old Yuju tended to be belting every high notes powerfully but now her approach is much lighter and softer.

@@francinev3971 Um...I am sure she can do them except for the A5 because A5 is challenging for her to hit.But those G5, E5s and D5s..she can hit them.She just didn't want to strain her voice too much cuz she knows JYP always make her to attempt upper beltings which are destroying her vocal cords without giving a proper vocal training.But she improved a lot in hitting unsupported and upper high notes.

Yuju’s never belted an a5, I think g5 is probably her limit and it’s best for her not to try to go higher because she’ll be straining. Honestly her doing it in head voice was really refreshing!

I mean who knows, I just hope that she at least tried to do it and then decided it was better for her not to do it, but I feel like they intentionally changed it up cause her style nowadays isn't that belty, loud and fresh anymore but more sensual and relaxed, so I'm sad cause I would've loved to hear a belted high note again from her after such a long time

Absolutely satisfying compilation! Thank you for your hard work and patience! I'm so glad Jiwon is here even though I didn't know any of these idols did covers of this song. Even though she sounds beautiful in all her lines in her group's songs she doesn't always have all the high notes in title tracks, and since some people default to whoever's getting the high notes = main vocal she doesn't always get the credit she deserves. It makes me happy she had the best A5 G5. Everyone slayed their own approach. Thank you again!

just to reiterate there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with retreating to your head voice doing these notes these are some SERIOUS notes that take a lot of practice to execute well im not sure why this video was discouraging the girls for doing this? im not sure if ive missed something lmfao but they all sounded lovely to me, and all of them transitioned very prettily up into that falsetto
