ఈ రోజుల్లో పరిస్తితి ఎలా తయారయ్యింది అంటే...మనకి అవసరం లేకపోయినా పక్క వాళ్ళ ముందు గొప్ప కోసం అప్పులు చేసి మరీ కొంటున్నాం. తరవాత ఆ అప్పులు తీర్చలేక తిప్పలు పడుతున్నాం.... ఇదంతా బ్యాంక్ వాళ్ళని పెంచి పోషించడానికి అని తెలుసుకోలేక పోతున్నాం...అవునా కాదా??

Yes, that's true but I have money to invest in M.F but never trust as 90% bank policies are not giving returns as we expect , it all depends on many factors. Compared to m.f , real-estate is best performed well in 4yrs only and even in covid time. Assured resential rent
