Six years back మా సైడ్ అపార్ట్మెంట్ ఫ్లాట్ 35 to 40 లో వచ్చేది... అప్పుడు కొందం అనుకున్న అందరూ అపార్ట్మెంట్ వెస్ట్ value ఉండదు అని ఆపేశారు...ఇపుడు same area lo 75laks అయ్యింది... ఇపుడు కొందాం అంటే loan రావడం లేదు చేతిలో డబ్బులు లేవు... దేని విలువ దానికే ఉంటది..కాకపోతే independent house విలువ ఎక్కువ పెరుగుతుంది ఫ్లాట్ విలువ కొంచం తకువా పెరుగుతుంది... ఇంకో 5 ఏండల్లో హైదరాబాద్ లో 2bhk ఫ్లాట్ కోటి రూపాయల వరకు వెళ్లిన ఆశ్చర్యం లేదు...ఇంక 150 yards independent house 1.5cr ki వెళ్తుంది

I Being Banker the way he explained is 100 percent correct i have seen many people who took home loan paid 5-7 years of emi and due to financial Crisis they sold the property. One should be financially disciplined...

@@shivaram2341 Bank will sell the property slightly below the current market price. If auction proceeds clear your debt , the remaining balance will be given to you . You mostly will not get too much money

Why to discuss about valuation of house/flat/villa...as its zero fixed aset class Reasons 1) we don't sell /don't borrow sny money, 2) mortgage evaluation standard is per govt value which is very much less than original vslue 3) it will protect us from sun, rain but don't protect from financial difficulticultues, infact it adds 4) Don't pull yourself in EMI trap

Sir మీరు చెప్పే positive సలహాలను తప్పుగా అర్థం చేసుకొని parents ని దూరంగా పెట్టేసే వాళ్ళు కూడా వున్నారు, డబ్బు మిగిల్చేసి ఇల్లు కొనాలని... అందువలన ఇల్లు కొనాలని parents ని వదిలేసే పని పెట్టుకోవద్దు అని ఆఖరిలో చెప్పండి... దయచేసి....?
