Ok, that's a lie, but thanks to David and Lew from KPower Industries we were able to complete this Honda JDM K24 engine swap in record time using their incredibly well designed, brand-new-to-the-market Mazda 2006 - 2015 NC Miata MX-5 K swap kit.

Built 2.5! The k is seriously a much better designed engine though. Wouldn’t say the 2.5 is exactly a refined motor especially when you start removing balance shafts and adding cams

@@mitchellsteindler Agreed, if I’m putting in the time and money it’ll be on a motor worth doin the swap for. I know I’m going to get hate for saying this but if I blow a 2.5l I know I’ll be kicking myself where as if I blow up a K I’ll know I at least gave it its best chance.

Looks like a nicely done swap kit. Only issue is the aftermarket ECU makes the car emissions illegal anywhere that requires an OBD2 scan to pass smog
