KATHAL RECIPE :
500 gms Kathal
500 Gms Onions ( 5 - 6 Medium Size )
Coriander Stems
1/4 Cup Tata SIMPLY BETTER COLD PRESSED MUSTARD OIL
1 Whole Garlic
3 Garlic PODS Whole
1 Inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Meat Masala
1 tsp Salt
Water As needed
1 tsp Garam Masala
Fresh Coriander Leaves
WHOLE SPICES:
2 Badi Elachi
2 Tej Patta
4 CHoti ELachi
5 -6 Black Peppercorns
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Jeera
SAUCE FOR KATHAL
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
Water

Garlic jayeda nahi ho jayega? Aapne tamato nahi dala yeh achha kiya.sab subji k tamato achha nahi lagta hai.yeh dish aapki banaugi. Hamre ghar m har sabji m tamato pasand nahi karte hai 🙏

Bharat I have been following you since I was a bachelor. You saying its less oil. Almost 1/3 bottle of oil you have used. How this could be healthy. Even if its mustard oil.
