Yoga is good but any type of exercise is good but start lightly. I done cycling,walking,running etc as a child but now only walking then do meditations in sugasan. If you can clear your mind for few minutes then could feel a energy formation on top of your head then every organ,muscles,blood flow etc begins to work optimal. Its like brain is resetting everthing.good luck sis and all the best.🙏🏼

@@shissysebastian105 stay strong i once fell ill and could not even lift myself from bed then i realized one thing the more i think myself as something terribly wrong the body hesitates to recover. I decided to play with my mind by putting a strong belief that i will recover then slowly recovery started. By the third day i regain my health with out any medicines and able to do all things. There are some things beyond doctors and medications.hope you well adjust with all and overcome.🙏🏼
