കുറെ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തിട്ടും success ആവാത്ത ഒരു കറി ആരുന്നു കാളൻ ചേച്ചിയുടെ റെസിപ്പി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ elaborated വേർഷൻ ആയി തോന്നി സാധാരണ ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി വെളുത്തുള്ളി ഒന്നും യൂസ് ചെയ്യാറില്ലല്ലോ. പക്ഷെ സംഭവം സൂപ്പറായി വന്നൂട്ടോ.. Thank you

We make it like this..but the most interesting part was tempering.. My mother in law used to make raw Palayamkodan, sliced into 8 pieces and make kaalan without coconut..curd mustn't be too sour since we're not adding coconut.

Can it be kept outside after preparing a day ahead ,or should be kept in fridge? Asking Coz normally kaalan is prepared the prev night. But this recipe adds onions and garlic so asking if it would get spoiled leaving outside?

I keep it refrigerated but if you are preparing it previous night can keep outside overnight
