I can't wait to get my hands on that book! I've listened to The Rasmus since 1998, when the song Liquid came out. The Rasmus has been my favorite Finnish band since then. 🇫🇮🤍💙🤍

I finally learnt the original name for the album! It was driving me crazy, because I think last year, The Rasmus put out information about the tour with the name taped out and I could only figure out it starts with an N and ends with an N. 'Night Division' would be such a great title!

I can't wait to hear the bonus songs Omen and Dark summer. For me this album is not consistent just because they changed the direction in the middle of recording. I feel like the album would work better without songs Rise, Jezebel and Live and never die, instead with Bones, Venomous moon, Omen and Dark Summer, just really dark album. And you know, make Rise EP - Those three work really well together.

@@h0nza_ I'm going to have to disagree with you. Rise and Jezebel made the album better! Don't get me wrong. I love the other songs as well, but the album would have been pretty bland without the more energetic songs like Rise, Jezebel, Written in Blood and Live and Never Die. That's just my opinion and I'm glad they made the album exactly like they did.

@@thewildbruce5612 I love concept and consistent albums, so I'd prefer Night Division album plus Rise EP. In my opinion Bones is the best thing they did in a decade and Venomous is pretty great too. So they could replace Jezebel and Rise while keeping overall mood better. Maybe the best solution would be to strike out songs like Be somebody, Odyssey or Endless horizon and make space for Bones and Moon, as I mentioned.

Something I can agree with Pauli (in fact around the same time I turned back from the band). Regardless, Pauli is in good shape right now

@Honza Nope! They should NOT change ANYTHING, as Rise, Jezebel and Written in Blood are the BEST songs they've done in over a decade! And in my opinion Bones and Venomous Moon were pretty good songs, but quite boring. I'm glad they didn't put them on the Rise album. And the other songs on the album were amazing as well and should NOT be changed with other songs either!

They said it all in THIS video. Pauli was getting uncomfortable with touring since 2017 and it escalated during recording of the album. He didn't leave in January, but back in summer, as told in the video.
