Thanks for your tips Kabita. One more tip from me..To peel garlic even quicker, separate the whole garlic in a plate and put it in microwave for 30 seconds only..and see the results 👍

Great tips. Must try them. As for the funny tip, instead of a bowl of water and since I chop only one or two onions at a time, I soak the onions under running tap water. I noticed that the skin does not fly all over the kitchen.

Brinjal ninja technique: oil packet ko feke na, use ulta kar k brinjal me rub kare. 2-3 baar use kar sakte hai.
