Pumpkin - 1/4 cup
Potato -1/2 cup
Bottle gourd - 1/4 cup
Onion -1/2 cup
Tomato -1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 20
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Sambar Masala - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste

Kabitaji meine aapki sambhar ki recipe Aaj try ki.. Ghar pe mehmaan the aur muje idli sambhar banana tha. Isse pahele Mera sambhar acha nahi Banta tha fir bhi risk leke aap pe bharosa Kiya.. Sab khush hogaye sambhar se!! Muje to last mein ek katori hi bacha.. uspar achi baat ki aapka tarika simple hai sab ek hi cooker mein.. sabji meine aapse Kam Dali par result acha Raha Thank u so much!

Our traditional sambar at home we add coconut too with ground masala - fresh dhania seeds , a little wee bit methi seeds, some chana dal and urad dal a couple teaspoons each , red chillies 5/6 according to spice level - roast it all in one sooon oil and fry till lightly roasted brown - then add half a grated fresh coconut to masala and grind all together in Mixer grinder until smooth - then mix it together with the sambar , boil together with dal vegetables and do the mustard tadka with curry leaves n hing! Try that way n see - even more tastier than this plain coconut free one , Kabitaji! ❤ but yours looking good too! ❤😊👍❤️😃
