സർവത്ര ആശങ്കയും ആശയക്കുഴപ്പവുമാണ് നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്. സർക്കാരിന് ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഒരു വ്യക്തതയും ഇല്ല.
