One thing you could do is to turn your pool into a salt water pool which is way better and less work to maintain, but it’s good you doing it yourself good for the kids and of course you could go back to having someone do it for you later on in life 👍🙏🏽🙏🏽

If your buttons are ruff they can polish/shave them down for you. They shouldn't be hurting you. If they stay the way they're you will end up with sores. I hope this helps.
