Hello Zakai, it's me _yet again,_ but this time I have great news: After numerous delays due to real-life commitments and my own paranoia and fear, my playthrough of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, which started on December 2022, has finally come to an end! I beat Kagutsuchi just a few minutes ago and got the Freedom Ending, which was exactly the one I was going for. I had a blast with this game, even though my constant fear of hitting a wall made me very anxious throughout the entire playthrough, but to my surprise, it never happened, and in fact, I even thought the Tower of Kagutsuchi bosses were a joke, guess this game really only is hard if you don't know about buffs and debuffs, or play on Hard, or do a challenge run like you did. Not gonna lie, though, I'm not sure if I'll do the True Demon Ending later (I made a save on a separate slot on the Labyrinth of Amala right after I beat Samael), not because Lucifer would be too hard, but because the grind necessary for me to get all the skills I want on Demi-Fiend, getting to level 99 so I could fuse Shiva and Metatron, making another Daisoujou with Debilitate, Tarukaja and Rakukaja would be too inconvenient and time-consuming, and I want to move on to play other games. Maybe one day....

I forgot to equip Hifumi when fighting Matador again but I still made it first try 👍

So I'm guessing dark might won't work if Kagutsuchi dies?
