I Had to do some grinding for Health Data to even have a chance to win this fight. You see, my party at this point had just over 600 HP with the help of rings, but that wasn't enough. Seth often one shot my party with Pain crits, and Spiteful Force at a certain point in the battle. So the only real way for me to counter this is to level up more, or get Health Data. So I went for the Health Data. HOWEVER, I did the bare minimum to make sure I didn't overpower myself.

Severe Almighty-Physical damage on one foe. High Critical Rate.

Mega Almighty damage on all foes. Damage is increases the lower Seth's health is. It's undodgeable.
• Desert Wind
Throws one foe back to reserve and drops it's remaining HP to 150. Seth does not use it when there's only 1 active party member.
Rings I used
Argilla - Protect Ring - "Increases defense in human form."
Seraph - Synchro Ring - "Reduces turn icons required for combos."
Cielo - Turn Ring - "Adds one turn icon."
Strategy
Full send. Stay on the offensive, don't get bogged down. Ending this fight as fast as possible, is the top priority.
