Today's video, I'm sharing a cosy, hygge weekend at home.
Spending a quiet time, enjoying the little things at home. New Marimekko fall items, organizing my closet for fall, baking cinnamon rolls and made beef and pork stew for a hearty dinner.

Cinnamon Roll Recipe
-Warm ( 237ml milk for 30 seconds in microwave)
-In a bowl of stand mixer, combine warm milk, 2 tsps active dry yeast and 60 ml white sugar
- Let it sit until foamy
-Add 2 large ggs, 950 ml flour and 1 1/2 tsp salt to the bowl and mix on medium speed until sticky dough sís form
-Beat 6 tbps of butter ( room temperature ) , 2 tbsp at a time until the butter is incorporated
-Knead the dough for 10 minutes on medium speed
- Rise overnight or atleast 8 hours
-In the morning, roll the dough 12x 16 inches in size
-Spread the dough with 3 tbsp butter,
-Combine 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt
- Sprinkle the mixture over butter in an even layer
- Cut in total of 8 rolls ( I cut mine in 6 and it was huge piece ) :)
-Cover the rolls and let it rise for 30 to 90 minutes
-When the rolls look half risen, bake for 20-25 mins ( 350°F)
For the frosting
-Beat 4 ounces of cream cheese ( room temperature )and 4 tbsp unsalted butter until creamy
-Add 2 cups of powdered sugarand 1 tbsp of milk. Beat for 1 minute
-Add 1/ 2 tsp vanilla extract
- add a pinch of salt
